  1. How will I be charged for using the Heart2Heart Mobile service over text messaging?
    Please see the pricing section for further details.
    Standard Mobile Operator SMS/Text Messaging fees may apply on top of the Heart2Heart Mobile fees. Please see your Mobile Operator text message package for further details.
  2. What are the requirements to use Heart2Heart Mobile over text messaging?
    Heart2Heart Mobile customers must have a wireless phone that supports 2-way text messages, have subscribed to TXT Messaging service, and successfully have registered a nickname.
  3. Do I have to sign in each time I want to use Heart2Heart Mobile?
    No. Once you register you can send or receive messages anytime. However, each time you would like to use Heart2Heart Mobile, please send the command heart to 55425. Initially, you must register for the service once by accepting the Terms & Conditions and creating a nickname, profile and greeting.
    Once these things have been established, you can sign in by sending heart USERNAME.
    For example: heart phatboy
    Registration is done via text message on your mobile phone.
  4. What happens if I am logged in to Heart2Heart Mobile and I turn off my phone?
    You will remain logged into the system. Messages received will be stored by your Mobile Operator. To log out send the command stop.
  5. What are the terms & conditions when using?
    Users agree that they are 18 years of age or older. For further information about terms and conditions go to the Terms & Conditions page of Heart2Heart Mobile.
  6. Can I make/receive calls while using Heart2Heart Mobile?
    Yes! Heart2Heart Mobile does not block customers from making/receiving calls at the same time.
  7. Can I receive other types of messages while using Heart2Heart Mobile?
    Yes! You can tell the difference between Heart2Heart Mobile messages and other types of messages by looking at the incoming message number at the top of the mobile phone screen. Heart2Heart Mobile will send messages from 55425.
  8. What menu commands can I use when I am txting privately one 2 one?
    The only commands you can use when you are txting privately one 2 one are: endchat and stop. Trying other commands while txting privately one 2 one will not work. When in a private one 2 one chat mode you just need to input txt, no need to put a user name.
  9. How long can my Heart2Heart Mobile messages be?
    Messages can be up to 136 characters.
  10. Where can I use Heart2Heart Mobile?
    You can use Heart2Heart Mobile wherever your Mobile Operator supports text message service, if you get a signal to make a call you can use Heart2Heart Mobile.
  11. What happens if my phone is turned off, out of memory or I am in an area where text messaging is not supported?
    Heart2Heart Mobile messages will be stored by your Mobile Operator for a period of time if you are away from the network or have your mobile phone turned off. Please check with your Mobile Operator for further information regarding length of time for message storage. In any of these scenarios you will still be on the Heart2Heart Mobile system.
  12. Can I change my profile after registering?
    Yes, even after having registered, and while on the system, you can change your profile characteristics. This includes changes to your age, sex and postal code. You may do this by sending the word heart to 55425.
  13. Can I have more than one profile?
    Yes. Should you want to be adventurous you can create a new profile with a different name/nickname. You may register as many profiles as you like. Send heart to 55425 to create a different profile.
    After you set up a unique greeting using the greet command, your new profile will have been created!
  14. Can I change my greeting?
    Yes. You may do this while you are on the system. For instance your old greeting was Im fun, funky and available to chat. To change to a new greeting, use the word greet followed by your greeting.
    For example greet Im up for some crazee txting r u? to: 55425
    The greeting has now been successfully changed.
  15. Can I use my profile on another mobile phone?
    You can only use your profile with your existing mobile phone number. If you want to use Heart2Heart Mobile on another mobile phone you will have to create a new profile.
  16. How do I find out who is on Heart2Heart Mobile right now?
    Send the word get with age range and distance required to the number 55425. For example get 27 33 100 to: 55425. You will receive up to 3 messages listing active users and their greetings based on your criteria. Or you may also send the word on to 55425, and get a list of your friends on the system.
  17. What happens when I add to my friends list? What happens when I add to my friends list?
    When you add a person to your friends list for example friend jenna6 this is added to your list. This is anonymous and jenna6 is not notified that she has been added to your list. To see which of your friends are on Heart2Heart Mobile, send the word on to 55425 and you will see a list of the people who are available for a Heart2Heart Mobile.
    Even after logging off of the Heart2Heart Mobile system your friends list will remain intact.
  18. How do I avoid unwanted messages?
    You can choose to block other users by using the command block <USERNAME>. For example: block phatboy. Remember, Heart2Heart Mobile messages that are received on your mobile phone are Complimentary!* Standard carrier rates apply.
  19. Can I cancel a message after it has been sent?
    No, once you hit the send key, you cannot retrieve or cancel a message.
  20. Am I always on the Heart2Heart Mobile system when my mobile is turned on?
    Yes if you have logged in. After 24 hours of inactivity Heart2Heart Mobile customers will receive a courtesy message reminding them they are currently on the system and to ask them if they want to continue with Txt Chat. If you want to log off at any time just text the word stop to: 55425
  21. Do I need a password?
    No, you only need your nickname or the profile name(s) you have registered.
  22. Is Heart2Heart Mobile case sensitive?
    No, Heart2Heart Mobile is not case sensitive.
  23. How do i contact the Heart2Heart Mobile Hostess?
    Simply send a question, comment etc. to our hostess, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Text hostess question to 55425.
    For example: hostess how do i chat one 2one privately with another person? to 55425
  24. How does the Heart2Heart Mobile "Talk Now" feature work?
    "Talk Now" enables both Heart2Heart Mobile members to engage in a private anonymous, 5 minute voice conversation. To initiate a Talk Now session. Text talk username to 55425.
    For example: Jenna wants to have an anonymous Talk Now voice conversation with phatboy, she initiates this by sending:
    Talk phatboy to 55425
    When phatboy receives this Talk Now request, to accept he will reply to this message:
    Talk jenna to 55425
    Heart2Heart Mobile will then connect both members together for a secure, anonymous, One 2 One private chat. To decline a request a member would simply ignore a Talk Now message received.
